RSA Insurance 3rd Annual Elevate Pledge Report

The third annual Elevate Pledge report has been published. The Elevate Pledge is Business in the Community’s (BITC) Pledge to support businesses to build more inclusive workplaces. The ultimate ambition of this initiative is for a workforce that is representative of all members of Irish society. We are a proud signatory to the pledge and join with 59 other Irish companies with over 150,000 employees.
 
As a Business in the Community Ireland Elevate Pledge signatory, RSA Insurance Ireland and 123.ie is proud to be part of a movement of businesses committed to building inclusive workplaces that support everyone to thrive equally. Together, we collaborate, share learnings and actions that help us drive meaningful change on diversity and inclusion. The third Elevate Pledge report has been published measuring the diversity profile of our workplaces as a collective and sharing some of the initiatives that can lead to real change. 

By being signatories to this Pledge, we are demonstrating our commitment to building a truly inclusive workplace, and supporting our values of Integrity, Respect, Customer-driven, Excellence, and Generosity.
